Our SAINT-BENOÎT site, specialized in new drug development, conducts pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, immunogenicity and biomarker testing. The laboratory consists of 25 Study Directors and 35 Technicians.

SGS France, based in SAINT-BENOÎT - POITIERS (86), is looking for an Immunoanalysis Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 8 Study Directors and around a dozen Technicians, providing supervision, management and skills development.

We are looking for an Immunoanalysis Team Leader specialized in regulatory bioanalysis (PK, PD and ADA). The Immunoanalysis Team Leader will work within a renowned CRO (Contract Research Organization) working in clinical development. Customer-oriented, the SAINT-BENOÎT site supports major pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners worldwide.

YOUR MISSION:

As the Immunoanalysis Team Leader of our laboratory, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 8 Study Directors and about a dozen Technicians.
- Supervising complex bioanalytical studies focused on PK, PD, and ADA assays.
- Driving optimization, troubleshooting anomalies, and organizing assays to guarantee optimal data quality.
- Managing relationships with international clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and strategic alignment.
- Adhering to the strictest GCP/GLP standards, FDA directives, and ICH M10 guidelines.
- Achieving the laboratory revenue targets.

You will be the primary subject matter expert for these LBA assays.

Le profil recherché

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

- 5 years of experience in regulatory bioanalysis (CRO or pharmaceutical industry), including immunogenicity testing and large molecule analysis
- Proficiency in MSD, Gyrolab and ELISA platforms
- 5 years of management experience

Qualifications

Education :

- PhD in biochemistry or a related field (biology, immunology, etc.)

Languages :

- Strong command of English is mandatory (scientific and general). All communications are conducted in English
